Frequently asked questions
Once you have spoken with our staff and your account has been set-up, payment will be taken. You will then receive an email with a link to e-sign your Lease Agreement. Once our staff receives your e-signed Lease Agreement back, our lock will be removed from the unit in a timely manner and you will be ready to move in anytime that works for you! You are also welcome to stop in our office (located at our Elkhorn – HWY 11 facility) to set up an account during business hours – the whole rental process takes less than 15 minutes!
We ask for a courtesy 30 day notice.
We require a valid government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. At the time you set up your account you will be asked for your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
We do require the first two months rent up front (with your first month being pro-rated from the day you set up your account). After those first two months, your lease is month-to-month. No security deposit or extra fees required!
When you set up your account you will be given an individualized code for gate access.

We offer multiple payment options for our tenants convenience which include:

    • Stop in our office (located at the Elkhorn – HWY 11 facility) during business hours with cash, check, money order, or credit/debit card. There is also a drop box located outside the office door for payments outside of business hours.

 

    • Mail a check or money order to W4191 State Rd 11, Elkhorn, WI 53121.

 

    • Setup an account on our website to pay with a credit card.

    • Recommended method – our Automatic Payment option – Set up at the time you open your account, your rent will automatically be deducted from your credit card or checking/savings account on the 1st business day of each month.
At this time we only offer disc locks to secure your storage unit.

It is not permitted to store explosives, flammable liquids, liquids, toxic materials, food/pet food/perishables or agriculture waste (i.e. grass clippings, hay, etc.). If you have questions or are looking for specific solutions please give us a call.

You have the choice to either provide your own lock or purchase a brand new Chateau Disc lock from us to secure your unit.
